You may bring guests, clients, and even your kids. Members are responsible for anyone they bring, and guests must not disturb other members. This is not a suitable space for small children who cannot yet self-regulate.

Yes. Most members take calls regularly. Calls must be taken using a headset or earbuds. Speakerphone calls and playing content without headphones are not allowed. Ring tones should be set to silent or vibrate.

Q: Do You Have a Private Meeting Room for Rent?

No. We do not have a private meeting room for rent. Our meeting area is part of the open floor plan and is available as a membership amenity.

We show the space by appointment only – we do not offer drop-in hours for tours at this time.

We do not have a private meeting room for rent or separate use.

Our meeting area is somewhat secluded as part of our open floor plan and is available as a perk of membership.

Who Do I Contact About Jobs or Hiring?

We are not a staffing agency. We do not have jobs for you and we do not help job seekers find work.

Is There a Printer & Scanner Available?

Yes! Members can print from a flash drive. Black and white printing is included.

You can also scan and email documents using our Sharp printer. Color print jobs are quoted individually and are not included.

Can I Use the Meeting Area Without Being a Member?

Not at this time – You may contact us at info@austellcowork.com to discuss your needs, but currently this is an amenity for members only.

Do You Have Private Spaces?

Members get access to our phone booth and meeting area as part of their membership.

We also have private office suites for lease that are not part of the basic membership.

Is There Anything That Costs Extra?

Mailing address and mailboxes are an additional $50 per month.

Color print jobs are quoted individually and are typically less expensive than FedEx. We do not offer printing services to non-members.

This Month-to-Month Coworking Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Invest Austell LLC (Austell Cowork), with a business address at [Address],(Austell Cowork) and [Name of Member], with a business address at [Address] ("Member").

1. Membership: Austell Cowork here by grants Member a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Austell Cowork’s facilities located at [Address] (the "Facilities") during the term of this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Membership fee shall be $100 per month, with no added fees or charges, and entitles the Member to all-access use of the Facilities.

2. Term: This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.

3. Payment: Member shall pay Austell Cowork the Membership fee of $100 per month in advance, on or before the first day of each month, via [Payment Method]. Austell Cowork reserves the right to charge a late fee of [Late Fee Amount] for payments received more than [Late Fee Grace Period] days after the due date.

4. Cancellation Policy: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice of 30 days to the other party. If the Member cancels before the end of the 30-day notice period, the Member will still be responsible for paying the monthly fee for the full 30-day notice period. Austell Cowork reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately for any breach of this Agreement by Member.

5. Use of Facilities: Member agrees to use the Facilities in accordance with Austell Cowork's policies, procedures and rules, which may be amended by Austell Cowork from time to time. Member shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Facilities or Austell Cowork's property by Member or its employees, agents or invitees, and shall indemnify and hold Austell Cowork harmless from any and all claims arising from such damage.

6. Limitation of Liability: Austell Cowork shall not be liable to Member for any damages, including consequential or indirect damages, arising from any cause whatsoever, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption, except for claims arising from Austell Cowork's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Assignment: Member shall not assign this Agreement or sublet the Facilities without the prior written consent of Austell Cowork.

7a. Business address services are not provided in our monthly membership. Business address services may be purchased for an additional $50 per month. Business address services subject to availability and may be offered if inventory is available. Registering a business address without purchasing address services is a violation of our terms which will result in immediate non-renewable termination of your membership and will result in a $500 fine. A change of address must be filed within 7 business days. Proof of change of address must be sent via email to info@austellcowork.com within 7 business days. Failure to comply will result in the following: any mail delivered to 2760 Broad Streeet will be marked as return to sender and notice of complaint will be sent to the GASOS if fee is not paid within 7 business days.

8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without giving effect to its conflict of law principles.

10. Counterparts: This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
