Meeting Area
A quiet room you can book for clients, interviews, or team meetings, with all memberships including 24/7 access, fast Wi-Fi, free coffee and tea, easy parking, clean restrooms, and quiet spaces to focus.

Mailboxes & Business Addresses
Members can elect to upgrade to our business address + membership option. The mailbox & business address is an additional $50 per month. Your monthly cost as a member with a mailbox would be $150 per month.

What Is a Coworking Space?
It is a shared workspace where people come to work, study, or meet with others.
You get your choice of available desks. Our offer includes wifi, coffee & tea, and a calm place to focus.
How Can I See the Space? Can I Just Drop By?
We show the space by appointment only – we do not offer drop-in hours for tours at this time.
Do I Have to Sign a Long Contract?
No. Our memberships are month-to-month.
Can I Work Here Any Time?
Yes. Every membership includes 24/7 access once onboarded.
We do not offer walk-in hours for tours. Need a tour or appointment? Schedule your tour here.
Is This Good for Remote Work?
Yes. Many remote workers join us because they want a quiet place away from home.
Is This Good for Students?
Yes. Many students ages 18+ choose membership with us because they want a quiet place away from home.
Can I Bring a Guest, a Customer, or My Child?
You may bring guests, clients, and even your kids, yes!
We ask that you are responsible for anyone you bring and that they do not disturb other members. This is not a great place for small children who are not yet able to regulate themselves.
Can I Take Work Calls at My Desk?
Yes! Most of our members are on calls frequently.
Our policy is simple: take your calls but do them with a headset or earbuds. Speakerphone calls and playing content without headphones are not allowed. Please keep your ringers on silent or vibrate at all times.
Do You Have a Private Meeting Room for Rent?
We do not have a private meeting room for rent or separate use.
Our meeting area is somewhat secluded as part of our open floor plan and is available as a perk of membership.
Who Do I Contact About Jobs or Hiring?
We are not a staffing agency. We do not have jobs for you and we do not help job seekers find work.

Is There a Printer & Scanner Available?
Yes! Members can print from a flash drive. Black and white printing is included.
You can also scan and email documents using our Sharp printer. Color print jobs are quoted individually and are not included.
Can I Use the Meeting Area Without Being a Member?
Not at this time – You may contact us at info@austellcowork.com to discuss your needs, but currently this is an amenity for members only.
Do You Have Private Spaces?
Members get access to our phone booth and meeting area as part of their membership.
We also have private office suites for lease that are not part of the basic membership.
Is There Anything That Costs Extra?
Mailing address and mailboxes are an additional $50 per month.
Color print jobs are quoted individually and are typically less expensive than FedEx. We do not offer printing services to non-members.
