As a self-funded startup, we rely on a founder with a full-time job to manage operations including customer service, so we do not have the bandwidth to do day passes or guarantee same-day access for our trials. We offer a $12 8-day trial and membership is from $100/mo after that, but we don’t have a drop-in option for non-members. Existing members may bring supervised guests.

We’re a small, locally-owned and managed membership club, for folks around Austell, by folks in Austell. Austell CoWork is a 3000 square foot open office plan with 18 dedicated desks, shared meeting space, a member lounge, and many of the usual perks of the modern office: coffee, wifi, secured access, and more.

Our coworking space, above all, is about activation and incubation.

Austell Cowork hosts (4) private suites that are available for lease, upstairs in the Cincinnati Junction building. To view availability and pricing, please click here. We are on a waitlist as of February 2025 as all suites are leased.

As a members-only work club, we do not rent our space to the public. Members may contact management to request to host events on a case-by-case basis.

Our mailbox rate is $50/month in addition to membership dues. We do not allow members without mailboxes to use our general address for business listings. The mailbox upgrade includes a dedicated suite number — space is very limited for mailboxes — once they’re filled, you can still request to be added to our wait-list.

This Month-to-Month Coworking Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Invest Austell LLC (Austell Cowork), with a business address at [Address],(Austell Cowork) and [Name of Member], with a business address at [Address] ("Member").

1. Membership: Austell Cowork here by grants Member a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Austell Cowork’s facilities located at [Address] (the "Facilities") during the term of this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Membership fee shall be $100 per month, with no added fees or charges, and entitles the Member to all-access use of the Facilities.

2. Term: This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.

3. Payment: Member shall pay Austell Cowork the Membership fee of $100 per month in advance, on or before the first day of each month, via [Payment Method]. Austell Cowork reserves the right to charge a late fee of [Late Fee Amount] for payments received more than [Late Fee Grace Period] days after the due date.

4. Cancellation Policy: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice of 30 days to the other party. If the Member cancels before the end of the 30-day notice period, the Member will still be responsible for paying the monthly fee for the full 30-day notice period. Austell Cowork reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately for any breach of this Agreement by Member.

5. Use of Facilities: Member agrees to use the Facilities in accordance with Austell Cowork's policies, procedures and rules, which may be amended by Austell Cowork from time to time. Member shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Facilities or Austell Cowork's property by Member or its employees, agents or invitees, and shall indemnify and hold Austell Cowork harmless from any and all claims arising from such damage.

6. Limitation of Liability: Austell Cowork shall not be liable to Member for any damages, including consequential or indirect damages, arising from any cause whatsoever, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption, except for claims arising from Austell Cowork's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Assignment: Member shall not assign this Agreement or sublet the Facilities without the prior written consent of Austell Cowork.

8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without giving effect to its conflict of law principles.

10. Counterparts: This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

IN WITNESS WHERE OF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first written above.
