No. Rec Room is open to anyone who wants to be a member, though it’s the perfect complement to the Frog Rock experience.

Rec Room is primarily a shared members-only lounge, not a private rental space. Reach out to events@frogrockbrewingco.com if you’re interested in hosting a small gathering.

Yes – you can bring guests based on the current guest policy! Just no pass sharing – remember, you’re the member!

Membership is open to adults 18+ but supervised kids & teens are permitted.

This Trackside Lounge Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Invest Austell LLC (Austell Cowork), with a business address at [Address], and [Member Name] ("Member").

1. Membership Purpose & Scope: Austell Cowork grants Member a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Austell Cowork at 2760 Broad Street, Austell, GA (the "Facilities"), including the upstairs patio during posted railfan hours. Membership is intended solely for personal railfan use and may not be used for regular work, business operations, or shared with other railfans outside your named guest.

2. Term: Membership is billed monthly or annually, as selected at enrollment, and renews automatically unless canceled prior to the applicable renewal date.

3. Access & Onboarding: Access begins only after onboarding is completed and a calendar-based access time is scheduled. Walk-in use is not permitted.

4. Guest Policy: Each membership includes access for the member and one personal guest. Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times.

5. Use Restrictions: Members are expected to use the space respectfully and only for railfan-related activities. Members found conducting work, business, or coworking-like activity may be required to upgrade to a full coworking membership.

6. Termination: Violation of site guidelines, including misuse of the space or failure to comply with posted policies, may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Business Address Use: This membership does not include business address privileges. Registering a business at Austell Cowork’s address without purchasing separate business address services will result in a $500 fine and termination of membership. Violators must submit proof of address change within 7 business days or mail will be returned and a report filed with the Georgia Secretary of State.

8. Liability: Austell Cowork is not responsible for lost property, accidents, or injuries on-site. Member assumes all risks associated with the use of the Facilities.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
